Brazil Visa Processing

The following information and procedures apply for Brazil Visiting/Tourist Visa processing:

Visa Requirement

1. Fill out the Brazil Visa Application Form
2. A valid international passport with a minimum of 6 months remaining validity and at least 3 consecutive blank pages
3. Passport photograph (3cm x 4cm, taken from the front with white background)
4. Copy of Biodata page of International Passport
5. 3-Months bank statement with reference letter from the bank
6. NIN Slip/Card
7. Hotel Reservation
8. Flight Reservation
9. Cover letter stating the purpose of visit
   1. Self-Introduction Letter
10. Copies of previous visas & stamps - if any
11. Supporting Document:
    1. Employee
       1. Introduction letter from the workplace -stating the purpose of visit and leave dates
       2. Payslip (3-months duration)
       3. Office ID (optional)
    2. Entrepreneur/Self-Employed
       1. Company introduction letter - stating your position, purpose of visit and travel dates
       2. CAC Certificate of Incorporation
       3. CO2 Form - we will advise
       4. Tax clearance
12. Marriage certificate - if married
13. Birth certificate of child/children, if travelling with kids
14. IF SPONSORED
    1. Letter of Sponsorship by Sponsor
15. FOR AGE BELOW 18 YEARS
    1. Original birth certificate or a notarized copy of the birth certificate
    2. Copy of Biodata page of Parent
    3. A consent letter authorizing the issuance of a visa for a minor traveling independently, with one parent, or accompanied by a third party is required. This letter should be signed by both parents or a legal guardian in the presence of a public notary. Legal guardians must additionally submit evidence of their legal guardianship.

Note:

1. Physical Submission maybe required in Lagos or Abuja.
2. Other supporting documents may be required if the need arises or based on evaluation.
