United Kingdom Tourist/Visit Visa Processing

The following information and procedures apply for United Kingdom Visiting/Tourist Visa processing:

Visa Requirement

1. Filled UK Immigration visa form
2. A valid international passport with a minimum of 6 months remaining validity and at least 3 consecutive blank pages
3. Recent passport-sized photograph with a white background
4. Copy of Biodata page of International Passport
5. 6-Months bank statement with reference letter from the bank
6. NIN Slip/Card
7. Travel Insurance (inclusive)
8. Hotel Reservation
9. Flight Reservation
10. Cover letter stating the purpose of visit
    1. Self-Introduction Letter
11. Copies of previous visas & stamps - if any
12. Supporting Document:
    1. Employee
       1. Introduction letter from the workplace -stating the purpose of visit and leave dates
       2. Payslip (6-months duration)
       3. Office ID (optional)
    2. Entrepreneur/Self-Employed
       1. Company introduction letter - stating your position, purpose of visit and travel dates
       2. CAC Certificate of Incorporation
       3. CAC Documents (CO2 Form) - we will advise
       4. Tax clearance
       5. Payslip (6-months duration)
       6. Office ID (optional)
13. Documents of any financial or investment portfolio - if any
14. Marriage certificate - if married
15. Birth certificate of child/children, if travelling with kids
16. IF SPONSORED -
    1. Letter of Sponsorship by Sponsor
    2. 6-Months Bank Statement of Sponsor
17. FOR VISITING A FAMILY MEMBER/FRIEND
    1. Invitation Letter
    2. Proof of legal status in the UK. i.e BRP card or British passport
    3. Utility Bill of inviting person
    4. Proof of relationship
    5. Accommodation evidence if the applicant will be housed (e.g. tenancy agreement or mortgage statement)
18. FOR AGE BELOW 18 YEARS
    1. Birth Certificate
    2. Copy of Biodata page of Parent
    3. Signed Letter of Consent from Parent

Note:

1. Physical/Self-Submission is required in Lagos or Abuja for biometrics capture.
2. Other supporting documents may be required if the need arises or based on evaluation.
