The following information and procedures apply for South Africa Visiting/Tourist eVisa processing:

Visa Requirement

  1. Copy of valid Biodata page of International Passport
  2. Recent passport-sized photographs with a white background
  3. 3-Months stamped bank statement with reference letter from the bank - all pages should be stamped
  4. NIN Slip/Card
  5. Hotel Reservation
  6. Flight Reservation
  7. Cover letter stating the purpose of visit
    1. Self-Introduction Letter
  8. Copies of previous visas & stamps - if any
  9. Yellow card -including photocopies of the Yellow Card and its vaccination pages
  10. Supporting Document:
    1. Employee
      1. Introduction letter from the workplace -stating the purpose of visit and leave dates
    2. Entrepreneur/Self-Employed
      1. Company introduction letter - stating your position, purpose of visit and travel dates
      2. CAC Certificate of Incorporation
      3. CO2 Form - we will advise
      4. Tax clearance
  11. Yellow card -including photocopies of the Yellow Card and its vaccination pages
  12. Marriage certificate - if married
  13. Birth certificate of child/children, if travelling with kids
  14. IF SPONSORED -
    1. Letter of Sponsorship by Sponsor
  15. FOR AGE BELOW 18 YEARS
      1. Birth Certificate
      2. Copy of Biodata page of Parent
      3. Signed Letter of Consent from Parent

Note:

  1. Children below the age of 1 year do not require a Yellow fever certificate.
  2. Children below 18 years, when the visa is issued, should travel with their original full birth certificate and Parental Consent Affidavit.
  3. Other supporting documents may be required if the need arises or based on evaluation.

Sticker Visa

The following information and procedures apply for South Africa Visiting/Tourist Sticker Visa processing:

Visa Requirement

  1. Completed and signed Application Form (B1-84 FORM) using black ink only.
  2. A valid international passport with a minimum of 6 months remaining validity and at least 3 consecutive blank pages
  3. Two recent passport-sized photographs with a white background
  4. Copy of Biodata page of International Passport
  5. 3-Months stamped bank statement with reference letter from the bank - all pages should be stamped
  6. NIN Slip/Card

  8. Flight Reservation
  9. Cover letter stating the purpose of visit

    1. Letter of invitation by the organisers in South Africa
  18. FOR AGE BELOW 18 YEARS

      3. Signed Letter of Consent from Parent


Note:

  1. Children below the age of 1 year do not require a Yellow fever certificate.
