South Africa Tourist/Visiting Visa Processing

The following information and procedures applies for South Africa Visiting/Tourist eVisa processing.

Visa Requirement

1. International Passport Data Page
2. 3 Months Bank Statement (stamped on all pages)
3. Passport photo on white background
4. Self-introduction letter
5. Flight itinerary
6. Accommodation reservation
7. Yellow card -including photocopies of the Yellow Card and its vaccination pages

Other supporting documents may be required if need arises.

The following information and procedures applies for South Africa Visiting/Tourist Sticker Visa processing.

Visa Requirements

1. Completed and signed Application Form (B1-84 FORM) using black ink only.
2. A valid passport for each applicant with a minimum of 2 clear pages, valid for at least one month beyond the date of return.
3. Photocopy of the Bio-data page of your current passport.
4. Two passport-size photographs (45*35mm), coloured, and not more than 12 months old, with a white or clear background.
5. Yellow card -including photocopies of the Yellow Card and its vaccination pages
6. A signed introduction letter from the employer/school/institution/organization.
7. A signed letter of invitation if applicable.
8. Bank Letter accompanying the statement, confirming account name, account number, account balance in figures, and indicating the bank email and contact number of the concerned person in the bank.
9. Stamped 6-month Bank Statement (all pages).
10. Hotel Booking.
11. Flight Reservation.
12. For self-employed applicants, a letter from their business and certificates of registration.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Children below 18 years of age should attach a full birth certificate, Parental Consent Affidavit signed and stamped by the Commissioner of Oaths, and a consent letter if travelling alone or with one parent.
2. Children below the age of 1 year do not require a Yellow fever certificate.
3. Children below 18 years, when the visa is issued, should travel with their original full birth certificate and Parental Consent Affidavit.
4. Please ensure that the passport is signed.
5. For Group Applications, kindly provide copies of supporting documents to each application.
6. Physical submission is required
