Canada Tourist/Visiting/Conference Visa

The following information and procedures apply for Canada Visiting/Tourist/Conference Visa processing:

Visa Requirement

  1. Copy of Biodata page of International Passport
  2. Passport photo on white background -required only for kids
  3. 6-Months bank statement with reference letter from the bank
  4. NIN Slip/Card
  5. Cover letter stating the purpose of visit
    1. Self-Introduction Letter
  6. Copies of previous visas & stamps along with old Biodata page -if any
  7. Supporting Document:
    1. Employee
      1. Introduction letter from the workplace -stating the purpose of visit and leave dates
      2. Payslip (6-months duration)
      3. Office ID(optional)
    2. Entrepreneur/Self-Employed
      1. CAC Certificate of Incorporation
      2. Company's registration document along with CO2 & CO7 Form if applicable
      3. Tax clearance
  8. Documents of any financial or investment portfolio - if any
  9. Marriage certificate -if married
  10. Birth certificate of child/children, if travelling with kids
  11. IF SPONSORED 
    1. Letter of Sponsorship by Sponsor
  12. COVID-19 Vaccine certificate


Note:

  1. Physical/Self-Submission is required.
  2. Other supporting documents may be required if the need arises or based on evaluation.
