China Visiting/Tourist Visa Processing

The following information and procedures apply for China Visiting/Tourist Visa processing:

Visa Requirement

  1. Filled visa application form
  2. A valid international passport with a minimum of 6 months remaining validity and at least 3 consecutive blank pages
  3. Two recent passport-sized photographs with a white background
  4. Copy of Biodata page of International Passport
  5. 6-Months stamped bank statement with reference letter from the bank
  6. NIN Slip/Card
  7. Cover letter stating the purpose of visit
    1. Self-Introduction Letter
  8. Copies of previous visas & stamps - if any
  9. Supporting Document:
    1. Employee
      1. Introduction letter from the workplace - stating the purpose of visit and leave dates
      2. Payslip (6-months duration)
      3. Office ID (optional)
    2. Entrepreneur/Self-Employed
      1. CAC Certificate of Incorporation
      2. CO2 & CO7 Form - we will advise
      3. Tax clearance
  10. Marriage certificate - if married
  11. Birth certificate of child/children, if travelling with kids
  12. Hotel Reservation
  13. Flight Reservation
  14. Invitation Letter or Verification Letter of Invitation - if applicable 
  15. IF SPONSORED -
    1. Letter of Sponsorship by Sponsor
  16. FOR AGE BELOW 18 YEARS
    1. Birth Certificate
    2. Copy of Biodata page of Parent
    3. Signed Letter of Consent from Parent


Note:

  1. Physical/Self-Submission is required in Lagos or Abuja for biometrics capture.
  2. Other supporting documents may be required if the need arises or based on evaluation.
