Visa Requirement

1. Filled visa application form
2. Visa Checklist
3. A valid international passport with a minimum of 6 months remaining validity and blank pages for visa
4. One recent passport-sized photographs with a white background (45mm long × 35mm wide)
5. Copy of Biodata page of International Passport
6. 3-Months stamped bank statement with reference letter from the bank - Original Copy
7. NIN Slip/Card
8. Cover letter stating the purpose of visit
   1. Self-Introduction Letter
9. Copies of previous visas & stamps - if any
10. Hotel Reservation
11. Flight Reservation
12. Trip Itinerary
13. Supporting Document:
    1. Employee
       1. Certificate of Employment - if available
       2. Introduction letter from the workplace -stating the purpose of visit and leave dates
       3. Payslip (6-months duration) - if available
       4. Office ID(optional)
    2. Entrepreneur/Self-Employed
       1. CAC Certificate of Incorporation
       2. Memorandum and Articles of association
       3. Tax clearance
14. Marriage certificate - if married
15. Invitation Letter - if visiting a family member
16. Birth certificate of child/children, if travelling with kids
17. IF SPONSORED -
    1. Letter of Sponsorship by Sponsor
    2. 3-Months Bank Statement of Sponsor
18. FOR AGE BELOW 18 YEARS
    1. Birth Certificate
    2. Copy of Biodata page of Parent
    3. Signed Letter of Consent from Parent

Note:

1. Physical/Self-Submission is required in Abuja for biometrics capture.
2. Visa Fees will be collected only if visa is approved.
3. Other supporting documents may be required if the need arises or based on evaluation.
