Namibia Tourist Visa Requirement

  1. Visa Application form in duplicate, signed and dated (included).
  2. Two (2) recent colour passport photograph; clear background (size: 45mm x 35mm).
  3. International Passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of entry and at least 4 (four) or more blank pages.
  4. Certified copies of all original documents ( Please do not submit originals).
  5. Proof of sufficient funds for the duration of stay in Namibia. (Bank Statement and pay-slip)
  6. Proof of employment/letter of introduction.
  7. Hotel Reservations (proof of payment. We can assist with this).
  8. Letter of invitation from the relatives in Namibia and proof of legal residency eg Data page of International Passport, work permit, National Identity Card, etc.
  9. Letter of invitation and business contacts in Namibia are required for a business travel
  10. Health Insurance (we can assist with this)
  11. The following documents are required if travelling with kids below 18 years of age:
  12. Consent letter from the parent who remain behind
  13. Full birth certificate
  14. Marriage certificate
  15. Certified copy of the means of identification eg data page of international passport, national identity card, driver’s license etc. (We can assist with the certification)   
  16. Health Requirements: Yellow Fever Inoculation is a requirement only if the Journey to Namibia entails passong through a yellow fever area of Africa.                                                                                                                                                                                                                         

    Note: Applicants, if given visas, must be able to provide proof of enough funds (BTA) to the Immigration at port of entry to show they can support themselves while in Namibia.
