Namibia Tourist Visa Requirement

The following information and procedures apply for Namibia Visiting/Tourist Visa processing:

Visa Requirement

1. Filled visa application form
2. A valid international passport with a minimum of 6 months remaining validity and at least 4 consecutive blank pages
3. Two recent passport-sized photographs with a white background
4. Copy of Biodata page of International Passport
5. 6-Months stamped bank statement with reference letter from the bank
6. NIN Slip/Card
7. Hotel Reservation
8. Flight Reservation
9. Cover letter stating the purpose of visit
   1. Self-Introduction Letter
10. Copies of previous visas & stamps - if any
11. Supporting Document:
    1. Employee
       1. Introduction letter from the workplace -stating the purpose of visit and leave dates
       2. Payslip (6-months duration)
       3. Office ID(optional)
    2. Entrepreneur/Self-Employed
       1. Company introduction letter - stating your position, purpose of visit and travel dates
       2. CAC Certificate of Incorporation
       3. CO2 Form - we will advise
       4. Tax clearance
12. Marriage certificate - if married
13. Birth certificate of child/children, if travelling with kids
14. IF SPONSORED -
    1. Letter of Sponsorship by Sponsor
15. FOR AGE BELOW 18 YEARS
    1. Birth Certificate
    2. Copy of Biodata page of Parent
    3. Signed Letter of Consent from Parent
16. Yellow Fever Vaccine Card

Note:

1. Physical Submission of documents is required in Abuja.
2. All documents must be provided as clear, coloured scanned copies
3. Applicants, if given visas, must be able to provide proof of enough funds (BTA) to the Immigration at port of entry to show they can support themselves while in Namibia
4. Other supporting documents may be required if the need arises or based on evaluation.
