Zambia Visa Requirement

The following information and procedures apply for Zambia Visiting/Tourist eVisa processing:

Visa Requirement

  1. Valid international passport (minimum of 6 months validity on passport from entry date);
  2. Passport photos on white background
  3. Hotel Reservation
  4. Flight Reservation
  5. Cover letter stating the purpose of visit
    1. ⁠Self introduction letter from applicant addressed to the Director-General which must be signed;
  6. FOR AGE BELOW 16 YEARS
    1. Birth Certificate;
    2. Consent letter of travelling with one parent;
    3. Valid international passport(minimum of 6 months validity on passport from entry date);
    4. Passport sized photo.
  7. Yellow Fever Vaccine Card -if applicable


Note:

  1. Persons below the age of 16 cannot apply for an e-Visa without an adult accompanying him/her
  2. Other supporting documents may be required if the need arises or based on evaluation.
